Certified Cleaning Experts
DSM Cleaning Services provides commercial cleaning for the Hampton Roads area and throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Our company does not stop at general cleaning. We clean commercial buildings, medical offices, and fitness centers, in addition to an array of businesses in the area. We employ professional and certified cleaning experts to meet all of your needs.
All employees complete a comprehensive training program. Random inspections are conducted to ensure quality cleaning is consistently being preformed.
With over 20 years of experience, we are confident in offering superior cleaning while ensuring our clients are completely satisfied.

Meet the team
Owner/CEO
Tracy founded the company in 2015 after retiring from Bank of America. She manages all aspects of the company including hiring, employee training, updating cleaning practices, enforcing environmental/industry guidelines, scheduling, coaching and more!
Tracy holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts Management with a concentration in Accounting from
Virginia Wesleyan University. She attributes her inspiration for female leadership to her time being a volunteer as a Girl Scouts Junior Troop Leader. Tracy applies her experience in coaching to her employees and her expertise in service to her clients.
Operations Manager
Dayjah's attention to detail is applied to payroll, filing, editing, and training materials. She assists in uniform and client site inspections.
Dayjah has previous administrative experience at Regent University where she organized files, shredded papers, and assisted office personnel. In 2015, she graduated from Chesapeake Bay Academy. She also attended Tidewater Community College's Theater Program.
General Manager
With over 20 years of commercial cleaning and managerial experience, Shaundel is an expert in all things maintenance related. He monitors employees, tracks payroll & attendance, assists with hiring/training, and evaluates cleaning skills.
Shaundel previously worked as a Quality Strength Check Operator at Mitsubishi Plastics Composites America, Inc., a General Cleaner at Gannett, a Supervisor at GCA Services, a Window Cleaner at American Window Cleaning, a Supervisor at Diversified Building Services. He also completed a Plumbing Apprenticeship at Tidewater Builders Association.
Quality Inspector
Shakissa is the careful eyes of the company -- whether it be preforming random inspection at one of our many job sites or ensuring our cleaning teams are preforming quality work. Shakissa is also a certified cleaner, so she knows what a job well done looks like!
Shakissa has held positions as a Food Services Cook at Bay Pointe Rehabilitation Center, and a cashier at Albano Cleaners.
